Our Team

ESI’s team includes dynamic and effective management and administrative staff dedicated to creating the best products, services, and programs in the health and human services arena. Our highly qualified project directors have mastered contract oversight and reporting for all types of contracts including large multitask contracts and IDIQ task orders. They are supported by a team of skilled managers who handle many of the day to day operations on our various projects. We have specific expertise in disaster preparedness and response, HIV/AIDS awareness, behavioral health, early childhood development, and women’s health.

With academic degrees in communication, public administration, health science, and management, our team of directors and managers bring many years of firsthand involvement in service delivery. They possess the technical skills, business acumen, scientific backgrounds, and creativity to oversee complex requirements such as—

• the deployment of thousands of government and medical personnel to
  disaster sites
• the development and execution of high-profile communication campaigns
• the creation of training models using multiple delivery methods
• and the operation of­ simultaneous discretionary grant reviews

Our management team is supported by ESI’s team of certified meeting and Web professionals who provide comprehensive logistics support and apply Web and database technologies across our portfolio of projects. Our IT staff and usability experts work to maximize available technologies across the company and collaborate with project staff to develop IT solutions for client deliverables. Our staff of communication specialists are responsible for writing, editing, producing, and designing a variety of materials that meet clients’ style and compliance standards.
